Marvel Super Heroes: What The—?! Avengers vs. X-Men Part 3 - “Uncivil War”

The big, INCREDIBLY VIOLENT, end to our AvX What The trilogy. This is definitely one of my favorite episodes of the series. Great work by Alex Kropinak, Ben Morse, Jesse Falcon & crew.

Also, I voiced Deathlok in what is surely a Cable Ace Award-worthy performance.

Also, also, watch through the credits for epic Deadpool action.

Dear Agent M, Cyclops is my favorite Marvel character, but he seems to get the most hate due to his "boy scout" nature. I have't read Schism and the most recent events on the X-Men, but do you foresee him becoming a more favorable hero in the future?

DUDE. If you truly loved Cyclops, you’d be reading his rise to ultra-badass-mutant-general over the past few years. Particularly in Schism and UNCANNY X-MEN, he’s just the man. Read up on all that and then get ready for AVENGERS VS. X-MEN. Seriously.

Hello! I've noticed all your comic help so I was wondering if you could clarify some things for me. So I've started the uncanny x-men with the 1st volume of Uncanny x-men essentials, its new series Regenesis, and X-men Schism. After reading Schism I got a little confused. So I know they split stories. Is Generation Hope with Wolverine? And what happened to Magneto and Xavier? What should I read to get all this information and any others you would suggest? Thank you!

Hello! Welcome to the wonderful world of the X-Men. (We hope you survive the experience.)

Have you read all of SCHISM? The X-MEN: REGENESIS one-shot by Kieron Gillen & BIlly Tan lays out a good chunk of who stays on Utopia and who goes with Wolverine. Idie from Generation Hope goes with Wolverine, while the rest of Hope’s crew stays with Cyke. Magneto’s ALLLL Cyclops—Maggy feels that Scott’s really on point. I’m writing this while on a plane to LA, so I don’t remember off the top of my head what happened to Xavier. He’s probably thinking about Lilandra or something.

Anyway, I’d really suggest picking up all the Regenesis issues. UNCANNY X-MEN #1 and WOLVERINE AND THE X-MEN #1 are the big tentpole issues for each side. But past that, Team Wolverine has X-MEN: LEGACY, X-FACTOR, UNCANNY X-FORCE, while Team Cyclops has NEW MUTANTS (so so so good), GENERATION HOPE and X-MEN. 

Oh, and read X-CLUB. It’s one of my favorite comics we’re currently publishing.
