11 years ago today I lost my dad to pancreatic cancer. Today I’m proud to announce the return of fadeaway records as a not for profit label with an amazing compilation. 100% of the proceeds from this album will goto pancreatic cancer charity.  - M.

Okay, now I want Adam Warrock to do songs about every one of my favorite wrestlers. Ric Flair, Cactus Jack, Macho Man, all the classics.

On the heels of my Daniel Bryan track and my recent return to pro wrestling fandom, I’ve made a CM Punk song. Chris spent a good year telling me how much I’d like CM Punk, and he wasn’t kidding. As a comic-loving kid who had his roots in hardcore and punk, as well as a huge fan of Living Colour’s “Cult of Personality” in general, I can’t lie. I love CM Punk and everything about him. I even was, and still am, a huge Rancid fan, and it’s a bit jarring (and awesome) that he’s friends with Lars Frederiksen. One of my fondest memories as a kid was going to a Rocket From the Crypt/Rancid show, and getting my face knocked in by a 6’2″ skinhead-looking punk, who immediately picked me up and high fived me. I love Rancid. You guys have no idea.

Anyway, enjoy the song. Get your CM Punk on. Tweet it at @CMPunk and @HeymanHustleand let’s see if we can get the man himself to acknowledge it. It’s clobbering time.

I released the list of guests and producers for my new album, along with the cover, yesterday. Out November 5! Music video October 21! It’s gonna be a good time.

Today’s workout music. Few records instantly get my adrenaline flowing like this. #YouthOfToday #music

I stopped by Amoeba Records in LA while I was in town and treated myself to this magnificent Jesse the Body Ventura picture disc LP. I love every damn thing about this.

Rocking out to the new @Convergecult record, “All We Love We Leave Behind.” I think my favorite song, so far, is the title track. But it’s all great. I have to see about getting these guys to visit @Marvel HQ. (Taken with Instagram)

SO. DAMN. GOOD.

No big deal, but me & the wife are going to see Pulp play at Radio City Music Hall tonight and tomorrow night. No big deal.

I love Jarvis’ moves here - so conversational, like he’s a teacher attempting to have a “rap session” with some students.

Yes, we agree! Check out Pulp’s web exclusive performance of “Like A Friend” from last night!

"Booty Do Math" by Kirby Krackle featuring Adam Warrock.

An animated video of a butt doing math? Animated Stephen Hawking? So nerdy, so wonderful.

I was a Mathlete in high school. Never forget.
