Behold the pulled pork waffle from the Wafels & Dinges waffle truck in NYC. It was a-freakin-mazing. I finished mine and turned to Harry Go—who had the same thing—and said, “I want another one right now.” The pulled pork is fantastic, the waffle was light and crispy and delicious. The cole slaw and red pickle were excellent. It was a magnificent combination of sweet & savory. I highly recommend finding the truck if you’re in NYC.
