I never understood how in Marvel Zombies Wolverine and Deadpool could possibly become zombies. With their healing factor they should've been able to fight the virus off. Or die and come back like they always do. In fact, their blood should be the way to cure the zombie virus. It would make sense if they were traditional voodoo zombies. Magic trumps healing factor. But NOT virus zombies. It's not logical nor possible.

1. Rickey is the best.

2. Return of the Living Dead is one of my favorite zombie movies. Maybe my favorite. So great.

I’m gonna redraw some of my favorite horror movie posters in October and post them alongside the original posters! One per day — sometime throughout the day — along with my regular, Tuesday/Thursday VHS Notebook posts! Let’s see if I can keep this up… :)

First is my favorite: RETURN OF THE LIVING DEAD! This Dan O’Bannon zombie punk-comedy is fun always and lame noways… or whatever. Watch it right now. RIGHT. NOW.

Dave C. Wallin, the amazing tattoo artist who’s done most of my tattoo work, is having a zombie art show at his shop, Eight of Swords. It opens Thursday April 5, 7pm at 115 Grand St. in Williamsburg Brooklyn.

I need to talk to him about my next tattoo. It’s been far too long.

This Zombies, Run app seems pretty neat. I prefer the swooshy swooshy machine at the gym instead of running, but I may give this a try.

This is apparently coming out in 3 days.

In 3 days, I’m going to start to be a total jogging addict, I think

I’ve been beta testing it and I can confirm it’s actually the greatest app ever. Full iOS release date is as specified, Android release this Spring.

It’s so intense, at one point during the first mission when radio contact was lost, I could hear them trying to contact me “Can you hear us?!” and I literally grabbed the mic and shouted, “I CAN HEAR YOU WHAT DO I DO?” even though that’s not how it works.

I’m just glad nobody was near me.

Ooooooo motivation!

oh wow this sounds good o_o

though I think we all know in a zombie apocalypse I would be Nick Frost’s character in Shaun Of The Dead

The Deadpool Corps boxed set from Gentle Giant Ltd. We debuted this today on in a live chat with Gentle Giant.

It’s some kind of wonderful. Later this weekend, I’ll post Deadpool on a Vespa.

Here’s a commission I drew at NYCC of Deadpool fighting a zombie.  I was told that Tumblr would appreciate this :P

How much cooler would The Walking Dead be if Deadpool showed up to straighten things out?

I don’t care much for running, but this sounds neat.

Augmented Audio Game Spurs Fitness By Immersing Runners In Zombie Infested World

Zombies, Run!, is a soon to debut augmented audio running game for the iPhone, iPod Touch and Android that challenges users to rebuild civilization after a zombie apocalypse by completing location-specific tasks while running in the real world. Users cue the app and don headphones to collect medicine, ammo, batteries, and spare parts which can be used to build up and expand their base — all while getting orders, clues, and a story through their headphones. Missions last around 20-30 minutes and can be played in any city. The platform additionally records the distance, time, pace, and calories burned during all runs, and may soon include RunKeeper integration. PSFK spoke to founder Adrian Hon about his work.

"Zombies" is actually one of the themes for the convention this year, complete with cosplay, art, movie stuff and more. Pretty neat.
